A little less guessing.
A better arrival.

Find the villa.

Purok 1A, Mambago B, Babak, Island Garden City of Samal, about 6 minutes from the old Babak wharf (Maywes). Open the villa pin in Google Maps.

When the navigation stops, go straight until the end of the road. You will see our sign: turn left, and you are at Bhali Lhuntian. Send the same pin and directions to every driver in your group.

Check the crossing you plan to use.

If your trip involves a ferry, confirm the terminal, whether your chosen service carries vehicles, its current schedule, and fares directly with the operator before travelling. Keep enough room in the plan for boarding and waiting.

A saved timetable can become outdated. This guide does not promise a crossing duration or a fixed travel time from Davao. Tell the host your expected arrival after your transport plan is settled.

Count day guests and overnight guests separately.

The published party packages cover 30 to 80 event guests. Up to 18 stay overnight; the remaining guests can stay until 10 PM. Make two lists so the event headcount does not become a mistaken assumption about sleeping capacity.

Overnight-only rates for up to 18 are published on the stay page. Confirm room assignments and any additional-night quote with the host.

Settle the useful questions in one message.

• Check-in is 2 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Need earlier or later? PHP 500 per hour, subject to availability, so tell us in advance.
• How will the beds and rooms be allocated to our group?
• What do we need to bring for cooking and meals?
• House rules: quiet time at 10 PM (no videoke, loud noise or loud music after 10 PM), clean as you go (otherwise PHP 500; damages and stains are charged), no corkage, and PHP 500 for an outside catering service or decorator (tell us in advance). For intimate events and staycations only, not an all-night party venue.
• How are payments, changes and cancellations handled?
