Cancellation and rebooking

The 50% down payment is non-refundable for guest cancellation. One free date move is allowed with at least 10 days notice before the booked visit, subject to availability.

For a typhoon, government order or owner-side issue preventing the visit, guests may choose a full refund or free rebooking. Please contact the owner to arrange the option.

If no down payment has been received within 24 hours and no payment reference is awaiting verification, the requested date is released automatically. If it is still available, you may request it again and send the down payment right away.
