Is Bhali Lhuntian beachfront?
No. Bhali Lhuntian is an exclusive private pool villa, not a beach resort. It has no beach front and no beach access; the nearest beach is a 6-minute drive.
How are payments handled?
Payments are handled manually. Pay the 50% down payment as the owner instructs and report your payment reference. A booking is confirmed only after the owner verifies receipt of funds.

Bhali Lhuntian is in Purok 1A, Mambago B, Babak, Island Garden City of Samal, Davao del Norte, Philippines. Ask the host for the exact map pin and arrival instructions.
How many people can stay overnight?
Capacity depends on the package: Overnight Stay up to 12 or up to 18 (3 bedrooms); group promo up to 30 with bedding for 18; Party up to 18 overnight; Stay and Dine 18 to 20 overnight. Other Party and Dine guests leave by 10 PM. Stay and Sail has published group tiers up to 20, 30 or 35; every Stay and Sail tier has beddings for 18 pax. All children count toward the selected package maximum; ages 0 to 5 stay free sharing bedding.
We're more than 18. Where will everyone sleep?
The 3 bedrooms sleep 18. Up to 6 more guests can sleep in the air-conditioned living area on extra bedding we set up for you, at PHP 350 each. If you're more than 24, the rest are welcome to bring their own bedding or tents. The most we can host overnight is 30. If you are going to add more people for overnight, please inform the owner or staff ahead of time.
How much are the party packages?
The party package rates are PHP 36,700 for 30 guests, PHP 38,700 for 40, PHP 41,350 for 50, PHP 44,200 for 60, PHP 47,500 for 70 and PHP 50,800 for 80. Confirm current prices with the host before paying.
What does the event package include?
The package lists exclusive villa and pool use, overnight accommodation for 18, a themed backdrop, tables and chairs, buffet food and three to four hours of service with two servers. The gatherings page gives the published details.
Is an overnight-only stay available?
Yes. Overnight-only rates until November 2026: up to 12 guests PHP 10,000 Monday to Thursday and PHP 11,000 Friday to Sunday; up to 18 guests (3 bedrooms) PHP 13,500 Monday to Thursday and PHP 14,500 Friday to Sunday. December: PHP 15,500 up to 18, PHP 17,000 up to 30. Confirm additional nights and terms with the host.
Does the villa have WiFi and a kitchen?
The villa has unlimited WiFi and a Smart TV. The photographs show a kitchen, indoor dining, covered outdoor dining and air-conditioned accommodation.
How much is the deposit?
A 50% down payment blocks a date and is due within 24 hours of your request. Payment is made manually and verified by the owner.
Can I make a real booking on this website?
Yes. Choose a package and a date on the booking page and send your request. The date is held for 24 hours while you pay the 50% down payment, and reporting a payment reference pauses the release while the owner verifies receipt of funds. Contact the host first if you have questions.
What are the check-in times and house rules?
Check-in is 2 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is PHP 500 per hour, subject to availability; please tell us in advance so we can arrange it. Quiet time is 10 PM: no videoke, loud music or loud noise after 10 PM. This is for intimate events and staycations only, not an all-night party venue, as we follow the City Ordinance. Clean as you go: wash your own dishes and dispose of waste in the designated bins, otherwise PHP 500; damages and stains are charged accordingly. No corkage for food and drinks; an outside catering service or decorator is PHP 500, please tell us in advance. Day Tour is 1 PM to 10 PM, outdoor only. A maximum of two pets is allowed under the pet policy. A 50% down payment blocks the date and is non-refundable for guest cancellation; one date move with at least 10 days notice is allowed, subject to availability. Typhoon, government order or owner-side issue: full refund or free rebooking, your choice.
