Bhali Lhuntian is operated by Bhali Lhuntian Homestay, a business name registered with the DTI (Island Garden City of Samal, Davao del Norte). The villa is at Purok 1A, Mambago B, Babak, Samal. The villa is not beachfront and has no beach access; the nearest beach is a 6-minute drive. It is for intimate events and staycations only, not an all-night party venue.
Requests and payment
A request puts the date on hold for 24 hours from submission. A 50% down payment blocks the date and is non-refundable for guest cancellation; see Cancellation and rebooking for the one free date move and the full refund or free rebooking if we cancel. Pay it using the instructions in your booking email and send the receipt through Bhali Lhuntian Messenger. The owner confirms actual funds received before marking the date booked. The remaining balance is paid directly to the owner.
No payment details are published here. If you have sent payment, use the private link provided with your request to pause release while the owner checks it. A submitted reference is not payment confirmation.
Visits and guests
One booking per date across all packages. Overnight check-in is 2 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Day Tour is 1 PM to 10 PM, outdoor areas only; no house, bedrooms, indoor areas or overnight stay. Party overnight allowance is 18; Stay and Dine is 18 to 20, with other guests leaving by 10 PM. Kids aged 0 to 5 stay free sharing bedding. All guests count toward the selected package maximum.
Bedrooms sleep 18. Extra bedding (PHP 350 per guest, up to 6) is set up in the living area. Overnight stays are capped at 30 guests. If you are going to add more people for overnight, please inform the owner or staff ahead of time.
KTV ends at 10 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is PHP 500 per hour, subject to availability; tell us in advance. Clean as you go, otherwise PHP 500; damages and stains are charged. No corkage for food and drinks; an outside catering service or decorator is PHP 500, tell us in advance. Maximum two pets, following our pet rules. Additional guests beyond your submitted request must be arranged with the owner and settled on site. Prices are subject to change; your submitted quote is recorded for owner review. No VAT or payment-method surcharge is added.
